Our Story

How we got started

We purchased our first goats during the covid pandemic of 2020 to bring our family some love during a trying time.  We bought 4 pygmy goats, Shi-Shi, Mei-Mei, Kuro, and Hikari, and we fell instantly in love.  Our herd grew by one over the winter and we added Buddy.  During the summer of 2021, we knew we were expecting babies.  I decided this was my chance to bring goats to those who don't have the room to raise them at home.  Within a few weeks, Rent-A-Kid was up and running!  In July our first set of triplets were born and our business began!  Now we enjoy bringing out babies to others!
